KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTIES

ArtSea Alcove birthday parties are designed for groups of 8 or more painters who would like a designated party space with time to paint, celebrate, enjoy food and cake, and decorate for the occasion.

2-Hour Party | 8-Guest Minimum | Pottery $26+ Per Painter | $75 Deposit

Party Time
Birthday party reservations are scheduled for two hours. This gives your group time to choose pottery, paint, celebrate, enjoy refreshments, and have fun while allowing us to prepare the studio for our next guests.

8-Painter Minimum
Birthday parties require a minimum of 8 painters. We will confirm your final painter count before your event. If your final attendance falls below the 8-painter minimum, the party will still be responsible for the 8-painter minimum.

$75 Party Deposit
A $75 deposit, plus applicable processing fees, is required to secure your party reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Your $75 deposit will be applied toward your final party balance.

The deposit is refundable if the party is canceled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled party date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the party date are non-refundable.

Pottery Selection & Pricing
Birthday party pottery pieces are $26 and up per painter. Party hosts are welcome to establish a price range for their guests or pre-select pottery options before the party. Guests may also choose their pottery when they arrive.

Painters Only, Please
Our party reservations and seating are reserved for participating painters. Your party area will be set according to your confirmed painter count. Because space in our studio is limited, party reservations are designed for participating painters. We set up your party area according to your confirmed painter count and cannot guarantee seating for additional non-painting guests.  We kindly ask parents and guardians, if possible, to drop off their children and return for pickup.  Please call us if you have a special circumstance and we'll be happy to discuss what we can accommodate.

Food, Drinks & Decorations
You are welcome to bring food, drinks, birthday cake, and decorations for your celebration. We ask that decorations be easy to set up and remove within your reserved two-hour party time.

Gratuity
A 15% gratuity will be added to all birthday parties.

Pottery Pickup
Your painted pottery will be glazed and kiln-fired after the party. The party host agrees to pick up the group's finished pottery one week after the party and distribute the pieces to their guests.  Please bring your yellow slip for pickup.
